Returns & Exchanges Policy

Hey there! We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from Terrestrial. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, so we've made our returns and exchanges process as hassle-free as possible. Here's what you need to know:

Returns:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll happily accept your return for a full refund, no questions asked. Just make sure the item is in its original condition and we'll take care of the rest! To start the return process, go to your Customer Account or email us at shopterrestrial@gmail.com.

Exchanges:

Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! We're more than happy to exchange your item for the right one. Just shoot us an email within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll arrange the exchange for you. 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Drop us an email at shopterrestrial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
  2. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
  4. Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange right away.

A Few Things to Note:

  • We'll refund the full amount of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.
  • We're unable to accept returns or exchanges on sale items and custom ordered pieces.
